What settings in TS trigger setup do I need to run this wheel properly? TL DR Tooth logger not working in TS with Nissan trigger wheel (pictured above), car misfires intermittently and struggles to rev above 4krpm. I will attach the proper MSQ later tonight (at work right now). I'd like to run it 24-2 cam speed but the missing teeth are 180 degrees apart so this won't work I guess? If possible I'd like to switch to wasted spark in the near future, but then I will need the cam signal to work as well. It is currently setup as 12 tooth 1 missing tooth, crank speed, but I have a feeling it's not right. To make this worse, I'm also not able to get a tooth log in TS (registered version) so I'm not even sure it's triggering properly. The original digital RPM gauge also jumps around above 4k rpm. It runs "oke" but has an intermittant misfire (lean-spike visible) and struggles above 4k rpm. It's running single coil, semi-sequential injectors. Since there is no support for this type of trigger wheel in speeduino I've fitted a replacement optical trigger wheel meant for a Nissan from DIYautotune, picture below. It had 360 slots on the outside and 4 slots in the inside, very similar to older Nissans. The car is an older subaru which used to have dual optical sensors which worked inconjuction as cam and crank trigger wheel. I've been running/playing with speeduino for a while now but have 1 issue that keeps cropping up and I think it is to do with the trigger setup.
